How to Get Soft Skin in 20 Minutes

Soft and silky skin is desirable, sexy and attractive to most people. Although this skin is great to have, it’s not always easy to achieve. Fortunately there are a lot of things you can do to make this skin a reality for yourself! All you have to do is take care of your skin the right way and use the right products. Within a couple of days of doing this your skin can transform and you will be ready to show it off all the time!

1. Make an Olive Oil Scrub

Exfoliating your skin will get rid of dead skin cells, dirt and other impurities that can make your skin look and feel gross. All you have to do to make a scrub is mix olive oil with granulated sugar until you have a scrub that is the consistency that you desire. Add in a little bit of fresh lemon juice if you want to make it smell great! To use this all you have to do is hop in the shower and gently rub it on your body in a circular motion. Rinse off when finished and you will have extremely soft skin when you’re finished!

2. Moisturize Your Body

If you don’t moisturize your skin then you run no chance of it being silky soft. When you’re done using the exfoliating scrub, put on some aloe moisturizer or any other lotion that you have. Don’t use a lot of it, as this can make you feel sticky and uncomfortable. Just rub enough on your body so that it’s fully covered and it is able to soak in. Natural lotions are the best options because they are so good for your skin, but you can use whatever you have on hand.

3. Massage Olive Oil Into Skin

If you have some areas of your skin that are extra dry, then use olive oil to soften them up. Start by simply pouring a small amount of oil into your hands. From here, massage the oil into the dry areas of your skin until it’s absorbed in almost all the way.

If you don’t have any olive oil on hand, then use petroleum jelly on those rough patches. This is especially effective when used on the feet, as it can soften them up overnight. To take advantage of this just rub the jelly onto your feet and them wrap them in plastic wrap. After this put your socks on and go to bed as usual. When you wake up in the morning you can take off the socks and plastic wrap to find that your feet are soft and so silky smooth!

Tips:

– If you shave make sure you are using a fresh razor and not one that is dull. A dull razor can cause razor burn and will create a lot of irritation. This can also dry out your skin and remove a lot of the natural oils that it has.

– Do not exfoliate your skin every day of the week. Only exfoliate a few times per week and your skin will look and feel great.
